What to expect

Diagnosis appointment is free-

During your diagnostic intake appointment, your instrument will be evaluated to determine needed service or repair. This includes a detailed visual inspection, functional testing, and a conversation about any concerns or goals you have for the repair or service.

You’ll receive a estimate for labor and parts based on the findings.

This appointment typically takes 10–20 minutes.

If you have questions related to repair and service without any intention of leaving work with us, that’s okay! let us know and we can schedule an in person or over the phone consulting meeting, charged by time.
