Information and Policy

-In addition to acoustic and electric guitars, our shop services most fretted stringed instruments. This includes electric basses, banjos, and mandolins.

-Payment is requested in full at the time of completion of service and instrument pickup. Depending on the price of parts, customers may be requested for payment for the parts before the completion of service.

-A price quote will be given at the time of intake, however if at the time of repair other service is needed, the initial quote may not always reflect the final price of service. The customer will always be contacted before proceeding with anything different from the initial quote at intake.

-Turnaround times vary depending on current workload, job complexity, and parts availability. Expedited service Is always available upon request, for an additional fee. A time estimate will be given upon intake, however exact time may vary. We encourage customers to call during the repair process for more accurate updates on service and turnaround time.

-Please let us know if you have any deadlines on service or repair, we always want to work with customers to make sure that work is done within expected timelines.

-Customers will be notified when their Instruments are ready for pickup. Instruments will not be ready until customer receives the notification.
